Welcome to LNG Deluxe Vending LLC. By using our website or our vending services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Overview

LNG Deluxe Vending LLC supplies and services vending machines, smart coolers and micro markets for business locations across Greater Houston Area. These Terms set out the responsibilities and expectations between us and our clients.

2. Vending Services

We install, stock, maintain and service vending equipment at qualifying business locations at no cost to the location. By agreeing to service, the client accepts that:

  • All equipment remains our property unless purchased outright.
  • The client will provide safe, reasonable access to the equipment for servicing.
  • We are responsible for restocking, maintenance and repair.
  • The client will notify us promptly of any fault, damage or stock issue.
  • Equipment must not be moved, altered or serviced by anyone other than us or our authorised engineers.
  • The client will provide a suitable power supply and a safe, dry location for the equipment.

3. Payment and Billing

  • All payments are made in USD.
  • Where a commission is payable to the location, the rate and payment schedule are set out in the individual service agreement.
  • Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store card details.

4. Liability and Insurance

We maintain appropriate business insurance and take reasonable steps to ensure our equipment meets applicable safety standards.

Subject to the paragraph below, we are not liable for loss or damage caused by:

  • Power outages or environmental factors outside our control.
  • Unauthorised movement of, or tampering with, equipment.
  • Misuse of equipment by any person at the location.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

5. Confidentiality

Information shared with us in the course of providing our services will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where we are required to disclose it by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials and content we create, including our logo, images, written content and designs, remain our intellectual property. Nothing on this website transfers any ownership to you.

7. Termination of Service

Either party may end a service agreement by giving 30 days written notice. We may withdraw or suspend service where there is:

  • Non-payment of sums due.
  • A breach of the service agreement.
  • Unsafe site conditions or misuse of equipment.

On termination we will arrange collection of our equipment within a reasonable period.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, power failures, industrial action or supply chain disruption.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the date it was last updated.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States, and disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
